The Plaza Pizza® restaurant in Newark has been a beloved local spot for the Claggett family since it opened in 1971. Plaza Pizza® has introduced generations of families to our thin-crust creations, made with our distinctive, zingy sauce and served hot, fast, and fresh.
That special Plaza Pizza® flavor made the Claggett family fall in love with all things pizza as kids, and when the chance to become owners arose in 2019, they jumped at the chance. Under Ben, Brian, and Olivia Claggett’s guidance, we’ve built Plaza Pizza® into a one-stop shop for pizzas made the same way, and with the same love, as ever.
