Promo Terms & Conditions
- Promotion Description:
The Plaza Pizza Promotional Giveaway (“Promotion”) offers selected customers a $20 off promo code (“Promo Code”) to be used towards a purchase at Plaza Pizza locations. The Promo Code is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- Eligibility:
This Promotion is open to legal residents of Ohio who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Plaza Pizza, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins on April 15 2024 and ends on June 15 2024 (“Promotion Period”). All times are Eastern Standard Time
- How to Participate:
Eligible customers will be contacted by Plaza Pizza via phone call and offered the Promo Code. Participation requires providing a valid email address and mobile phone number. No purchase is necessary to receive the Promo Code.
- Promo Code Use:
The Promo Code is valid for a single use only, for orders placed at Plaza Pizza locations or by phone ordering. The Promo Code must be redeemed within 7 days of issuance. The Promo Code is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, is a one time use and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Privacy:
Participants agree to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion. Plaza Pizza commits to not selling, sharing, or otherwise distributing participant information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Limitations of Liability:
Plaza Pizza is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.
- Compliance with Laws:
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Dispute Resolution:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participants and Plaza Pizza in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
- Amendments:
Plaza Pizza reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on the Plaza Pizza website.
