MADE WITH LOVE
Plaza Pizza® believes in keeping things traditional, because we grew up as loyal Plaza Pizza® customers ourselves.
The Plaza Pizza® restaurant in Newark has been a beloved local spot since we first opened in 1971. Plaza Pizza® has introduced generations of families to our thin-crust creations, made with our distinctive, zingy sauce and served hot, fast, and fresh.
That special Plaza Pizza® flavor made the Claggett family fall in love with all things pizza as kids, and when the chance to become owners arose in 2019, they jumped at the chance.
Under Ben, Brian, and Olivia Claggett’s guidance, we’ve built Plaza Pizza® into a one-stop shop for pizzas made the same way, and with the same love, as ever.
We’ve since also added crowd-pleasers like hot, toasted torpedo sandwiches, specialty pizzas, garden and Italian salads, desserts, and much more.
Today, Plaza Pizza® has two locations to serve the public: our original pizza spot in Newark, and our new flagship store in Heath.
